Refund policy

Our online return policy

Changed your mind? At Create Cornwall, we have a 14 day return policy on the things we sell online. After this time, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us at enquiries@createcornwall.com. However, there are some things we don’t offer returns on, such as intimate and sanitary goods. After we receive your return, we’ll email and confirm the refund. Your money will be back in your account within 7 days.

When making a return

We ask for items to be in their original condition, unused and still in their packaging. We’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase to process the return too. We don’t pay for return postage. Please ship to Create Shop and Gallery, Bedruthan Hotel and Spa, Mawgan Porth, Cornwall, TR8 4BU. We suggest using tracked mail, especially for more expensive goods.

If an item arrives faulty

Please contact us at enquiries@createcornwall.com and let us know as soon as you can (preferably within 48 hours). We’ll organise a refund or replacement straight away.
