Grab a hot chocolate, and settle into this two hour, relaxing, Writing for Wellbeing Workshop.  During the workshop you will explore and write about the cosiest season of all, Autumn. 
Kelly Louise will guide you through a series of writing prompts and exercises, with an emphasis on your wellbeing.  We will also draw inspiration from the beautiful, natural surroundings of the Bedruthan Hotel and its magical views of Mawgan Porth.
By the end of the workshop you will have created several pieces of  expressive writing, whilst feeling a greater sense of wellbeing.
All materials including an eco-friendly notebook, pen, and healing crystal are included. 

Suitable for all adults. 

This workshop is led by writer, poet, and wellbeing coach, Kelly Marshall.  Kelly is a published writer with a BA (Hons) and MA in Creative Writing.  She is also a trained and experienced meditation teacher and wellbeing coach. 

The workshop Starts at 1 pm on 7th October and runs for approximately 2 hours.

At this time we are only shipping within the UK.

Standard shipping takes 2-4 working days and will be £3.95 for most items.

Original artwork

Original art is sent via a specialist fully insured art courier. This is a UK wide flat fee of £135.  However, if you would like to arrange your own courier, or if you are happy for your new purchase to be sent via Royal Mail at a lower price please get in touch with the team at enquiries@createcornwall.com before purchasing your item. 

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss of artwork that has not been sent via our fully insured courier. 

Jewellery

Items over £500 will be sent tracked and insured for a £15 shipping fee.

We understand some of the shipping fees may not be suitable for certain items, so if you would like to discuss shipping options before purchasing your item, please contact the team via enquiries@createcornwall.com  who will be happy to help.
