Time for Bed – Rest Your Head is an interactive children’s book written by local author Dr Sarah Mundy. As a Clinical Psychologist, Sarah understands the importance of helping children cope with their feelings from early on. Rachel Millson-Hill’s beautiful illustrations are beautifully engaging for parents and children alike.
Focusing on bedtime routines this story provides a platform to help young children understand the importance of going to bed and having a good night’s sleep. Something which isn’t always on the top of their agenda!
Interactive questions (asked by the curious squirrel “Nudge” found under the flaps) encourage children to explore their own experiences, promoting discussion about confusing and difficult feelings in a safe, engaging and fun way.
